What Everyone's Saying

Customers find the comb well-made and appreciate its smooth feel in the hair, with one noting it's excellent for straightening wavy short hair. Moreover, they like its appearance and consider it worth the price. However, the size receives mixed feedback, with some finding it big enough to use while others describe it as ridiculously small. Durability is also mixed, with some saying it will last several years while others report teeth breaking off after few uses. Additionally, flexibility gets mixed reviews, with some finding it solid while others note it doesn't bend easily.

Recent User Experience

I retired from the US military in 2019. I haven't owned a comb or brush of any type since 1990. When I retired I let my beard grow. I realized pretty quickly I needed a beard comb and beard brush. When I saw this I wondered who would pay this much money for a beard comb (this type was called a mustache comb the last time I had hair). I figured with all of the money I'd saved over the years not owning any hair care products I could actually find out if this was worth the money.I'm going to say it's a nice comb but it's not life changing. Heavenly trumpets don't play each time I run it through my beard (I still don't have head hair). I don't groan in ecstasy while combing in my beard oil. The teeth points are smooth and well buffed with no burrs to scratch your skin or damage your hair. Since it's so small I figure I'll lose it pretty quickly. I think that must be why they offer it as a subscribe and save. I will say that now I own this comb I have a strong urge to buy other overpriced things that imply my manliness is larger then other guys. I also have the urge to hang out in greasy spoon cafes wearing a plaid lumberjack shirt and nagging the waitress on the greatness of farm to table and Bud's Corner Cafe should embrace the philosophy. The final urge I get from combing my beard with this comb is to style a crazy long handlebar mustache. Maybe it actually is life changing.
