I was looking for a low-fat, single-serving, just add water soup to replace Cup of Soup (which is on recall), and although it's a bit expensive, it tastes good. I'd previously tried Wonder-Slim and ended up tossing it - the flavour and texture were awful. Definitely put a bit more water in it, as it's rather salty, but it's perfect for lunch at the office. (Actually, I bring two or three - one for breakfast, one for lunch and one in case I need a snack.)
