The shells were smaller than I thought they’d be but not necessarily a deterrent; they would be good for small kids. I was actually surprised at how good this was. I usually don’t buy prepackaged food, but I really had a craving for mac and cheese, with not a lot of time to make my own, particularly with my dietary restrictions. This was really easy to make, and I added some cream cheese to make it creamier, and some jalapeños to spice it up. Reheating it is a bit tricky. I don’t like using microwave ovens so I used a pot, but the mac and cheese stuck to the bottom of the pot. I suggest using nonstick cookware to reheat it, or glass baking dish.
