I have tried at least 8 different natural sunscreen brands. Babo is my favorite. I have used Babo Botanicals SPF 40 Daily Sheer Facial Sunscreen, Babo Botanicals SPF 30 Clear Zinc Lotion, Babo Botanicals SPF 30 Fragrance Free Clear Zinc Sport Stick, and this Babo Botanicals Super Shield SPF 50 Natural Sport Stick. I like them all: they are less gooey and less white than other similar product, so they are easier to apply and don't give too much ghost-look. And my 2 sons and I have never gotten sunburn using them, usually with just one application in the morning (contrary to the recommendation). I mostly order this particular stick because the design of the case for this stick is PERFECT. The lid covers basically the entire stick, so when I'm putting it on and rubbing it in and putting more on, the white, oily, stickiness on my hands only gets on the inside portion of the container, and when I put the lid on it it totally clean! Also, the flattened stick provides a wider area of application and does not roll off the counter -- a significant improvement over the round stick. I also find it easier to wedge into my purse, the car, etc. However, this product gets an EWG Skin Deep score of 4 (kind of bad), whereas their round SPF 30 sport stick scores 1 (best). So seemingly, the round stick has better ingredients, so I wish they would also package it in this flatter style. BUT, interestingly, the only difference in the ingredients is that this stick contains Oryzanol, which is rated 1 by EWG, so I do not understand why this product gets a 4. So I'll probably continue to order this, because of the advantages of the flat design. It might be nice if they sold it in a larger size, but this generally lasts 3 people about 2 weeks (of daily use), so it is a decent size.
