I’m onto 3rd of 4th one, and found the stick format super easy to reapply, even without a mirror — although tinted, it’s very sheer — on the go. I was worried that it was too sheer and wouldn’t help enough with my dark spots on my cheeks, but that wasn’t the case. Perhaps because it’s so easy to apply every hour or so, it doesn’t matter.I wouldn’t say I love the cardboard case, but so far, I’ve been able to make do with it, without problems. It will get a bit too sandy at the beach.I started using it at the beginning of last summer, and by the end of the summer, I was surprised to see that the dark spots on my cheeks subsided. These are newish dark spots, came out second year of the pandemic, probs bc the mask would remove the sunscreen I’d apply at home. I didn’t notice a difference on the ones I’ve had for about 2 decades though, but those don’t bother me since they’re not in the middle of my face. The fact that my newer spots lightened and the others didn’t darken further, despite spending almost every weekend at the beach in the summer, makes me super happy, and I just hope they never discontinue it.As an aside, bc I have bangs and very fine hair + oily scalp, I find it helpful to dab a bit of sunscreen powder on my forehead and the edges of my face after applying the stick. This helps w keeping my bangs fresher when I’m not at the beach and not worry about losing sun protection.
