I got a keratin treatment and thought the shampoo I had would be good. Nope. I have fine hair and it's not thick at all, and my other sulfate-free, paraben-free, sodium chloride-free shampoo weighed my hair down so much that I had to wash my hair every or every other day, which kind of defeats the purpose of getting the keratin treatment. My stylist recommended this, and it's been awesome. Nice smell, and I can go 3 days without washing because it actually cleans my hair instead of weighing it down with lots of oils. The shampoo texture is super runny though. I found myself using more than I normally would because it falls out of my hand, so I just started squeezing it right onto my head. A little weird, but my hair likes it!
