Recent User Experience

This is more of a review of my experience buying this product from Amazon than a review of the product itself. The shampoo and conditioner are lovely, I highly recommend buying them from some place other than Amazon.I received my product pretty clearly damaged in shipping, and then repackaged and delivered. It was missing the outer plastic wrap, and everything else in the box smells like the conditioner including some catnip that I bought for my cat that is going straight in the garbage.I get that warehouses are rough, I was a supervisor at UPS for a little while, but the idea of repackaging something that is clearly damaged and missing product then shipping it out to a customer seems unconscionable to me. Alas, I cannot seem to find a way to direct this feedback to Amazon without going through a full return procedure, and the 5% or so of missing product isn't worth the time it would take me to do so.Once again, great hair products that are worth every penny, but maybe try to find a local place to buy it from.
