I used this on third-day hair after it having been in a bun the prior day: spritzed my hair with a little water, scrunched in this product and then diffused for a couple minutes. I liked the volume it added. The product is creamy (like a semi-sticky cream) more so than a traditional gel. My hair is fine, type 2c-3a and can get weighed down if a product is too heavy. This works well for me and I plan to use for future refresh hair days.
