It tastes basically exactly the same as the regular mac and cheese but has extra protein. Mind you it's not a crazy amount of protein but way more than you'd otherwise get with mac and cheese. Texturally it's, again, basically the exact same as the regular. It's very slightly more expensive than the regular, but honestly not by much, and if you're making an effort to fit protein into your day and you're really craving Mac and Cheese, this is perfect.
