When I finally figured out that my terrible years of stomach issues were caused by a gluten allergy I assumed I was saying goodbye to good tasting pasta forever. I tried several gluten free brands and they were usually fine, but not what I would call tasty. I had decided that if I was going to eat it, I would just always have to make a hearty enough sauce to mask the slightly off taste of the pasta.A few months ago my mom told me about this brand and gave me a box to try, I can't rave enough. It tastes like pasta. It has the texture of pasta. I don't have to hide it anymore. I think removing the corn that is in so many GF pastas is the key!A tip I would offer:DON'T OVERCOOK. I usually set the timer for a minute or two under and start checking. If it goes over it is pretty mushy.
