This stethoscope has converted at least two long time Littmann owning nurses just from them borrowing mine for a moment. I've had mine for 2 years now and I've had no issues with it. It was a bit heavier than my last stethoscope so that took me a little bit to get used to but as long as this company continues to make quality stethoscopes like this I will no doubt keep buying them. You can literally hear EVERYTHING going on in your patient, and it is awesome at blocking out environmental noises. Oh, and it's really pretty. I have the glittery teal and it's gorgeous.
