Recent User Experience

This is the stuff I had been waiting for and I've tried every OTC product in the U.S. - or at least I thought I had. Nothing worked. As for the ones with "clincal strength" on the bottle, my persistent dandruff problems indicated those were some pretty lame clinics. I tried leaving shampoos in longer, washing my hair more than once daily or as little as twice a week. Nothing made a difference. My dandruff would return as soon as my scalp dried.I bought this on whim while I was scratching my head one evening and the forescast was calling for heavy snow in July. It didn't have "clinical strength" written in big letters so I was naturally skeptical. I gave it a shot soon after it arrived. Let's just say the results aren't life changing, but I don't have a dandruff problem any longer. The itchiness is gone. The flakes are gone. My scalp looks like that of a person who bathes even when he isn't forced to do so at county lockup inprocessing.Pros: It works. Nothing else ever has.Cons: Scent. They say this is "citrus mint." I don't know about all of that. My wife's various shampoos smell like the heavenly scent I imagine during that scene when all of the little forest animals are fluttering around and greeting Snow White. With my nose to the bottle, this soap smells like what I imagine soap smelled like in the Soviet Union in 1956. Given my lack of better descriptors, I would place it somewhere between "inoffensive, non-toxic industrial degreasing agent" and "doesn't have a dandruff problem."Real World Scenario: If people are smelling your hair as soon as you left the shower, you've already won, so stop complaining. You don't need Snow White's magic formula. I'm impressed enough that I'm not laying in bed 10 minutes after a shower, scratching my scalp with both hands. My wife doesn't think it has any scent after I use it and she sees and smells everything. That lack of a scent in real-world use is something both of us appreciate because she gets suspicious any time I have a fresh scent and/or I leave the house in something other than slippers and a t-shirt without holes in the armpits.
