I'm a super skinny dude, 5' 6" 130 lbs, like size 24 waste, and it's been such a struggle to find any pants at all that fit. Scrub pants are definitely the answer. This Amazon brand consistently has these X-small in stock, and not a lot of companies do have this size in stock, so I'm quite happy about that. These sit quite nicely on my waist. I like the long draw string, and the material is good. I do warehouse work. For construction or some type of rugged work, I would probably go with something tougher. This is a more durable material compared to Uniform Advantage's Buttersoft scrubs and more sturdy than standard chef pants, which is a good feature. The only thing I don't like is the metal zipper because it makes that bulge when you sit down (like all pants do) and it would be nice if it came without it, I'm not gonna use it anyway. Great pants, I'm satisfied.
