I bought this cream in Israel, expecting the combined knowledge of Ahava and Teva to come up with something that works for eliminating psoriasis, especially as each tube costs approx £12.PSO is supposed to have been manufactured especially for psoriasis of the joints (the most common place to find psoriasis), including knees and elbows (the two sites where my psoriasis is worst). The cream has a medium consistency, neither too runny nor too thick. It has a very slight smell but is not perfumed.I have been using the cream several times daily for over two months since returning from holiday. The psoriasis on my knees and elbows remains the same. It cleared up nicely after I bathed in the Dead Sea and I was hopefully that the PSO cream would keep it at bay but unfortunately it started to return a few days after my Dead Sea visit and I haven't seen any improvement whatsoever, even with constant use.I would not recommend this cream for psoriasis, as from my experience, it didn't seem to work. It is expensive considering how small the tube is and I think this is unreasonable for a product that offers so much but provides so little.I am going to stick to Astral or Nivea which is one third of the price and actually seems to help with the scales and redness.
