always liked anchovies on pizza (ask my ex) and had them on hand to dress up store bought frozen. started using them in salads, then adding to soups and stews. with that it was game on and now I use them in everything but they're pretty pricey in those little cans and even the larger packages in grocery stores. of course they're avaliable on amazon, even a choice of brands. these arrived intact, no leaks, no dents. they taste great, very anchovy - ish, and it's nice having a supply on hand. I use them in and on everthing, sauces, pasta dishes, greek food, chinese food (yup), cajun dishes, you get the idea. they just add flavor, you know umami. nobody ever complains or even notices; they just say my dishes are delicious and ask for my secret but i never tell them. I use so many now I may get a subscription. the prices are reasonable and i want to try the other brands. can you believe it, a subscription to anchovies!?
