I’m not sure if I didn’t see much volume and texture because I’m starting with thinning, fine hair or the product isn’t fantastic. But, it did get a little bit of volume and lift from the AddVolume Styling Powder, Texture & Volume, but nothing like the photos in the listing.I’ve tried one other texturizing powder and I do prefer this one. It’s light and workable without being sticky or crunchy. It’s easy to wash out and doesn’t leave residue after a good shampooing. It also doesn’t create oiliness or greasiness on my scalp. I have fine, thin hair so I can’t use too much of this type of product, so it’s nice that this powder dispenses through a single small hole as not to over dispense. I apply and fluff, and apply again until I think I have enough texture and volume without getting too much product in my hair. It’s a small bottle and I need more than the average person so it goes quickly. Priced at $25, it’s an okay value but I probably won’t re-order.
