I am an FNP graduate student. I have been an RN for 9+ years. I have always used an ADC stethoscope. They have a lifetime warranty on all parts. I've only had to use the warranty one time for my oldest stethoscope's earbuds which needed to be replaced. This is the best of all the stethoscopes from ADC that I have tried. It is heavy but compared to the "lite" version the cardiology stethoscope has FAR better sound. This one has the best sound of all my stethoscopes. I don't mind the heaviness for that sake alone. I also love that it comes with an exchangeable pediatric bell. The color and the quality are superb. I love this company.
