If I had known how well this stethoscope stands up to my Littman cardiology stethoscope - I would have purchased this one a long time ago. The design and sound quality is superb. It comes with several replacement ear pieces and bell acoustic membranes (I think that’s what you call them.) Plus it comes with its own name tag that you can personalize. I got the pink Breast cancer awareness version which I got at a large discount off the retail price. Besides that I would buy it again even if it was full price. As a nurse for nearly 23 years, I can definitely attest to the quality of this stethoscope.
