Came back to update while debating buying a second one- by far the best stethoscope I’ve ever had. I don’t think i will ever have a better stethoscope in this price range. I literally gave away my littman after getting this one because it was such garbage in comparison.I have a littmann classic, I’ve never been able to hear out of it very well. It’s so popular I literally thought it was just me and my hearing. I opened this stethoscope and heard an immediate difference. This thing is amazing. The sound is clearer, zero background noise interference, I’m not struggling to hear what I need to hear. This thing is an absolute game changer. If you’re thinking about this or a littmann. Don’t even waste your time or money on those just to have the “popular” brand. This thing is worth every penny. Littmann may be known for durability, but I’d rather have a stethoscope that works the way it’s supposed to in the moment than one that lasts 10 years. BUY THE 600
