I work with kids at a children's hospital and this stethoscope is great!! The kids love to look at it and it always brings a smile to their face, making assessments easier to complete, espcially on the "wild ones" LOL. The little pop on faces are adorable and stay in place.I clean it before and after each use with Clorox wipes. The bleach has had NO effect on the product. This stethoscope's sound quality is just as good as my Littman Cardiology I used when I cared for adults. The ear pieces are VERY comfortable and allow for great listening. Great buy, I get lots of comments and compliments on this at work. I am asked "where did you buy that" almost daily!A must have for anyone who works with kids.
