I have yet to find a product from Perricone that has been anything but completely effective. I don't usually suffer from acne really, but lately I've been getting one or two decent sized pimples that will not go away no matter what I try. It's like they have roots! But I have been using this as a spot treatment rather than applying as directed. I kind of cake a bit on & around the pimple, leave it on until the product dries & then wipe it off. I do that morning, midday & again at night, and it's been effective in getting rid of it by the next day-or at least dramatically shrinking it and completely gone by the 2nd day. This has worked for me, but as with any product-your best bet is to follow their instructions. I'd absolutely recommend this product, and will more than likely repurchase though I think this bottle will last me a looong time.
