I love these Thai meals. I love Thai food in general. These quick meals taste remarkably good and are done in just a few minutes. I also like that you can use these and mix them with other stuff to provide a lot of variation.For the Thai Red Curry noodles, for instance, you can add a few pieces of fish, shrimp, chicken, pork, or beansprouts. You can also cook the noodles separate from the sauce and serve them both. Nobody has to know it came from a simple box. :)A tip: break the noodles first, or else they will not be completely immersed in the water and cook unevenly. Stir well before you place it in the microwave, then microwave on high for 3 minutes and stir again, then 1 more minute in the microwave. If you add ingredients adjust the time as needed. After taking them out let it sit for a minute to allow the noodles to finish. (beware of hot steam coming from the box)Note that this item on Amazon is actually cheaper then buying them in the grocery store. Even including shipping!Also try the Peanut and Coconut Ginger flavors, they are just as great. The Pad Thai flavor is perhaps my least favorite, but still very good.Recommended!!
