I met A-Sha Healthy Ramen Noodles during the pandemic lockdown in 2020. I'm a vegetarian, and it has not always been easy to find meat-broth-free ramen. So when I saw them at my local Costco, I picked up a couple of boxes just to have something quick and easy for lunch while working from home. There's no fake broth or weird aftertaste. These are natural! The noodles are pleasingly thin, and the sauce is sesame oil and soy sauce. I think I first ate them plain, then started adding tofu, veggies, eggs, and chili oil. Years later (and dozens and dozens and dozens of packs later), this is still my favorite ramen to keep on hand. I dread when they go out of stock, which seems to happen occasionally. This double box pack is such a great price and the perfect way to fill your ramen shelf. If these are in stock, do yourself a favor and try them. I bet you'll be happy you did!
