I added a soft boiled egg to some (for additional protein), crunchy chili onion sprinkle (for an extra kick), as well as sesame seeds to garnish. While those are great additions, the noodles are full of flavor and don't necessarily need them. The quality is wonderful and the noodles have a fantastic texture. Each flavor packet is delicious.
