I like the skipjack tuna from Whole Foods, but I don't like it packed in olive oil. The quality of the tuna is good, and the taste is not off-putting. It has got to be the most frustrating can to open...it's low, meaning it's far too close to the counter to work my can opener well. Parts of the lid didn't cut, and I ended up having to go round and round trying to do it without getting olive oil all over. Every can has been like that and it is quite annoying. Oil ends up getting out and then the task is making sure you don't slice your finger(s).But if you get the lid open/bent enough and shake out into a strainer...tah dah. And the tuna inside is in small enough pieces that if you shake the can to get it out thru a partial lid opening the oil coats it and the shaking breaks it up easy enough to do it.
