For someone who watches sodium content these had no added sodium, there is still 10g per serving. 2nd the quality and taste is better than any other canned garbanzo beans that I have had in the past. The box comes with a good portion and the quality is always consistent. 3rd the box is super convenient especially on the go or traveling not having to have a can opener. You can eat these straight out of the box or cook with your favorite meal. I eat these on regular basis in salads and soups. This is my go to brand and I stay stocked up on them.
