Recent User Experience

These marinated artichoke hearts quarters are very good. Once in a while an outer layer will be tough, but mostly, these are tender. The oil they are packed in doesn't seem to be the original marinade. But that's OK, as I use the leftover oil with balsamic vinegar and herbs to make pasta salad. The artichoke pieces go well in pita sandwiches, garden and pasta salads, antipasto, and cheese dips with chips or crackers. The price is much better than in grocery stores. Cute jars for odds and ends after artichokes are used.
