I have super baby fine thinner hair and have tried other heat protection products, with okay results or not at all good results. This Verb Ghost Heat Defense Spray is amazing!First, it goes on super light so my hair didn't feel oily, weighted down, or sticky.I applied it to my damp hair, brushed it through, then blew it dry--as well, I used my hot iron to smooth my hair straight, and another time I curled my hair with my combo hot iron-curling iron. With all three of those my hair was soft and shiny and beautiful. You can brush through your hair without any sticky or tacky feel.The scent is very subtle, which I appreciated a lot. I had some Chi heat protectant where the scent was so strong it ran everyone out of the room. I used Aveda heat protectant but it was so expensive I couldn't justify that cost--plus, it didn't give my hair that super shine that this Ghost spray does.I tried this along with samples of Verb Ghost shampoo and conditioner and the three together are pretty amazing for shine and healthy looking hair.I will reorder!
